Crown Point Cabinetry, the nation’s leader in direct-to-client custom cabinetry is looking to grow our staff of successful sales designers. Qualified candidates will be responsible for designing and selling our fine quality custom cabinetry nationwide. They will also be responsible for building relationships with architects, designers and building professionals in the high end residential market.
Crown Point Cabinetry offers a team oriented, professional work environment with a competitive compensation package that consists of guaranteed base pay plus commissions and bonuses. Benefits include subsidized health, dental, disability and vision insurance as well as paid vacations and company supported 401k retirement plan. Base pay dependent on experience. Experienced kitchen sales designers guaranteed base is $75,000 per year. This is a career position as our experienced sales designers earn between $100,000 and $125,000 a year and our top sales designers between $175,000 and $200,000 a year.
Successful kitchen sales and design a plus, but we will train the right candidate. A positive attitude is a must. You need to be highly motivated, goal-driven and organized. Excellent communication skills and integrity are paramount. You must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task to succeed in this job. All hires will work out of our facility in Claremont, NH. A limited amount of company paid travel is required.
