The functionality of this base cabinet is two-fold: it houses a Double Waste Bin below, and our Paper Towel Drawer above. When the paper towels need to be replaced, simply extend the drawer and give a quick pull upward on either end of the paper towel rod. That will break the magnetic bond and the rod can be removed. Rare earth magnets hold the rod snugly in place.
